Well done to the 1st and 2nd yr basketball teams who had two great wins on Monday over O’Carolan College Nobber. They were both tough games and good wins have sent both teams through to the quarter finals.
The first years had a tight game but with a lot of great interceptions and good scores they held off for a 20-13 win. Good performances by all the team including I.Foley, L.Mulchrone and A.O’Shea.
The second years started well and had great scores and rebounding from all the team including A.Hayes, K.Garry O’Callaghan and A.Byrne. Final score was 47-17.
